BinVic (Pty) Limited was founded on a straightforward principle: treat every project as if the outcome were for your own use. This philosophy has shaped every decision, every hire, and every project the company has delivered.
What started as a focused construction-related project execution firm quickly grew into a fully-integrated operation spanning civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines. The founders brought decades of combined experience in mining, oil & gas, and industrial construction, and a shared conviction that the African continent deserved world-class engineering delivery.
From the start, BinVic's approach was different. Directors and senior managers don't just oversee projects from boardrooms; they participate in day-to-day execution. This hands-on leadership model ensures quality, safety, and accountability are embedded at every level.
The company's growth has been measured and deliberate. Rather than chasing volume, BinVic focused on building deep expertise, trusted relationships, and an impeccable safety record. The result: over 1.75 million lost-time injury free hours on operations in Tanzania alone.
