Our non-compromising approach to safety has delivered an industry-leading record: over 1.75 million lost-time injury free hours on the New Luika Gold Mine in Tanzania. This isn't achieved by policy alone. It comes from visible leadership, daily pre-start meetings, comprehensive risk assessments, and a workforce that genuinely believes every person has the right to go home safely.

Comprehensive occupational health programmes protect our workforce. From pre-employment medicals and fitness-for-duty assessments to on-site clinics and health awareness campaigns, we proactively manage workplace health risks including dust, noise, fatigue, and heat stress.
