SMO (Scavenger Mining Operation) — Mechanical & Piping Installation
Completion of the Scavenger Mining Operation (SMO) plant project, managing the supply chain for all necessary components. Scope included: manufacturing, delivering, assembling and testing two cutter suction dredgers (150 tph CSD 200) and one process water pump (Godwin CD250M); supply and installation of a screening module with feed bin, vibrating screen, transfer sump and pumps; and implementing two 150 tph spiral plants and overland piping per Kenmare's specifications.

Coordinating long-lead mechanical packages, spiral plant installation and overland piping into a tight delivery window on a live mining operation.
