Kenmare Development Projects (WCPA Upgrade Initiative)
WCPA and Early Works, Main Works for Nataka and Main Scope of Nataka Project. A SMPP FIDIC agreement for the provision and installation of a range of steel structures, including their mechanical parts, as well as HDPE and carbon steel piping.

SMO (Scavenger Mining Operation) — Mechanical & Piping Installation
Completion of the Scavenger Mining Operation (SMO) plant project, managing the supply chain for all necessary components. Scope included: manufacturing, delivering, assembling and testing two cutter suction dredgers (150 tph CSD 200) and one process water pump (Godwin CD250M); supply and installation of a screening module with feed bin, vibrating screen, transfer sump and pumps; and implementing two 150 tph spiral plants and overland piping per Kenmare's specifications.

Flotation & Filtration Upgrade - FIDIC Contract
Oversaw the enhancement of flotation and filtration systems within mineral processing, significantly boosting overall efficiency and productivity. Delivered as an SMPP and E&I project under a FIDIC contract framework.
